Terms of Service
MU Bless Online (www.bless.gs) provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us in our sole discretion from time to time without notice to you. "MU Bless Online " refers to MU Bless Online and its Affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership. We may also refer to MU Bless Online as "We" or "Us". You agree that your continued use of the Service (as defined below) after such update will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the updated TOS. In addition, when using particular MU Bless Online services, you and MU Bless Online shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. MU Bless Online also may offer other services from time to time that are governed by different Terms of Services. These TOS do not apply to such other services. The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of the state of Latvia without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the state of Latvia.
MU Bless Online currently provides users with access to a rich collection of online resources, including, various communications tools, online forums, shopping services, personalized content and branded programming through its network of properties (the "Service"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new MU Bless Online properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that MU Bless Online assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, currency, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. You acknowledge that MU Bless Online is not responsible or liable in any way for your access to the World Wide Web. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the set-up, configuration or compatibility of the hardware, software and other equipment used by you for obtaining access to the Service.
In consideration of the Service being made available to you, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or MU Bless Online has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, MU Bless Online has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof) without any liability to you. MU Bless Online is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents of children under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access to the Service must provide proper guidance. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the Services and/or Content are appropriate for your child.
All in-game currency purchases are final and non-refundable.
We provide intangible digital goods in the form of in-game currency. Once the in-game currency has been credited to the user's account, the transaction is considered completed and irreversible.
In accordance with international digital commerce practices, in-game currency is non-refundable after it has been delivered, except in the case of a technical error on our part.
MU Bless Online retains exclusive ownership rights to all virtual currency and in-game services. The project administration reserves the right, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, to modify the price, characteristics, and terms of the aforementioned services at any time, without incurring any additional obligations towards the users.
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You are prohibitted to sell or buy other's account nor any resources under the account (characters, items, credits etc.) You agree to (a) immediately notify MU Bless Online of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. MU Bless Online cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.
You understand and acknowledge that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted via the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not MU Bless Online , are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Service. MU Bless Online cannot and does not control or monitor the Content posted via the Service and, as such, cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand and acknowledge that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will MU Bless Online be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any exposure to offensive, indecent or objectionable Content, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Service.
All trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site or Services are our property or the property of other third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third-party which may own the Marks.
